The way we think generally dictates how we behave, our decision-making processes, and ultimately our actions.

When we have a positive thought, we generally welcome positivity into our lives. By being positive, we're also more likely to receive positive vibes in return.

When we manifest, we turn our desires or goals and or ideas into something tangible. In other words,

We use the power of our thoughts, imagination and visualizations to bring our desires to life. We go from thought to reality.

Our thoughts shape our reality. Therefore, if we intend on manifesting the life of our desires, we need to vibrate higher, channel our positive energy and align our thoughts.

  • Create routines that honor our goals and desire

We have

  • Activated our Energy for Success and 

  • Transformed our Lives with SMART goals; Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-Bound goals. 

So it is safe to say, that we are on task and focused on making things happen in our lives on a constant and consistent basis. All while being prepared for the challenges and pivots that may come our way. 

So let's take some time to pat ourselves on the back and give ourselves a round of applause because basically we have become our own cheerleaders. 

Fortunately for us, we are able to enhance our personal development experience.

There are a few useful tools that we have at our disposal to get steps closer to actualizing the desires of our heart and living the best life we envision. Especially when it relates to manifesting our desires and goals. 

So please stay tuned to learn what some of those tools are and they'll be revealed a little bit later in this episode. 

When you hear the word manifest, manifestation or manifesting, what comes to mind? Please comment down below. 

The dictionary defines manifestations as: an event, action or object that clearly shows or embodies something, especially a theory or an abstract idea. This definition though has since evolved. 

Dr. Anna Yusim explains that a "manifestation is the process of bringing your desires into reality by aligning your thoughts, beliefs and actions with what you want to attract."

Additionally, in the introduction of Roxie Nafousi's book: Manifest, The Seven Steps to Living Your Best Life, it reads...

"To manifest is to make something happen. Manifesting is the ability to create the exact life that you want. It is the ability to draw in anything that you desire and become the author of your own story. It looks and feels like magic and we are all magicians." 

Ooh.

So, how do we become the authors of our own story and ultimately of our lives? 

Let's explore the topic:

  • What life story would you like to tell? 

  • What stamp would you like to make in the world or on the world? 

  • How would you like to be remembered? 

  • What will your legacy be? 

  • And what is the desired life that you intend to live? Think about it.


Let's take some time to think about those questions. 

[Breath Work Time]

Please join me in some breath work as we visualize our desired life and the story we intend to share. 

If you're seated, please sit with your hands in your lap. 

If you're laying down, lay flat on your back with your arms to the sides of your body (if you're able)

Gently lighten your gaze and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath, inhaling for four to five seconds. 

And exhale gently for four to five seconds also. 

Inhale for one, two, three, four, five, and exhale for one, two, three, four, five. 

As you inhale deeply,

and exhale gently.

Visualize a desire that you'd like to become a reality. Picture being in that reality right now. As you continue to inhale deeply,

And exhale gently.

Channel the feeling of the moment.

Inhale for one, two, three, four, five, and exhale for one, two, three, four, five. 

As you inhale deeply, welcome the desired experiences into your life. 

And as you exhale, release anything that takes you away from actualizing that desire or goal. 

Continue inhaling deeply.

And exhaling gently.

Focus your efforts on achieving the desires of your heart, being joyous, happy, and living the life of your desires starting today. 

Be present in this moment and every moment that follows. 

Be grateful for this moment of stillness, presence, and visualization.

Before opening your eyes, (if and when you're ready) thank your body, mind and spirit for their loyalty. 

Sit in this moment for as long as you need to. Breathe.

Be still and allow the pathways for the actualization of your desires, the opportunity to present themselves to you.

Oftentimes, when I visualize my desired life, I see myself walking glacially through a pristine, clean, minimalistic open concept geo home overlooking a luxurious and luscious perfectly manicured courtyard. 

The home is immaculate, made of the finest materials. It's cohesive, carefully curated, airy, calm and serene. I'm surrounded by a library of books, vinyls and collections of beautiful, unique creations from around the world; from places that I've personally traveled to. 

My spirit is light and at peace. 

I also visualize my evolution as well as the enhancement of my lived experiences, inner knowing and wisdom on a daily basis. 

In these visions, I embrace each emotion, feeling, thought and idea that presents itself to me. I have a calling to create limitlessly and lean into the process with pure intrigue and enjoyment. 

I fall in love with the process of living my own authentic existence, void of the opinions and projections of others and becoming the best version of myself. 

I'm honoring flow and the power of now in every vision that I have.

When does the power of manifestation kick in?

Last week's episode featured seven practical steps to encourage the activation of our desires and goals. And these steps were thinking about our desires and goals, highlighting our top goals, visualizing the actualization of our desires and goals,

Creating journal entries, exploring what our visualizations were and how they made us feel. Being SMART, Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound on a consistent basis. Creating an action plan or action plans in relations to the actualization of our desires and goals, as well as committing to our SMART goals.

Those steps work as an amazing assist for our manifestation process. When we manifest, we turn our desires or goals and or ideas into something tangible. In other words,

[Monday] Explore your thoughts.

We have the option to journal and or create audio files or voice memos to document our thoughts and feelings.

By recording our thoughts in either of those ways, we are able to explore and reflect upon our thoughts, feelings and emotions on a constant and consistent basis. In other words, we get to the core of who we are and enhance our inner knowing by consistently learning to love and understand ourselves from what? 

The INSIDEOUT! 

Our thoughts shape our reality. Therefore, if we intend on manifesting the life of our desires, we need to vibrate higher, channel our positive energy and align our thoughts. And here is how.

[Tuesday] We have to think positively.

Now that we've explored our thoughts, we're able to see how we think and what we think about. 

Are we thinking gratefully, optimistically and or positively?

Here's how we can actively think positively. 

We can

  • Eliminate limiting-beliefs and self doubt

  • Think positively and remove negative thoughts; in other words, be positive and act upon our positive thoughts. 

We can

  • Visualize the life we desire to live

  • and create a SMART action plan that will support the actualization of our desires. Once again, that is being Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-Bound with our action plan.


When we have a positive thought, we generally welcome positivity into our lives. By being positive, we're also more likely to receive positive vibes in return.

Positivity attracts positivity. 

That's the beautiful thing about the law of attraction. What we give is what we get.

Think about what makes them positive to you and why they inspire you. 

How can you channel their energy and be as positive, if not even more positive than they are? 

Take some time today to reach out to them and to thank them for being a positive force in your life and maybe even suggest some hang time with them because why not?

[Wednesday] Have an attitude of gratitude! 

Every hour, on the hour, write down at least one thing that you're grateful for. 

Create a gratitude list, a list that travels with you and add to it each time you're grateful for something or someone. You also have the option of adding what you're grateful for in your calendar.

Color code your entries with a pink label because it's been said that pink is a color associated with gratitude. Alternatively, you can choose any color that makes you feel happy and gives you good vibes that uplifts you if pink isn't an option for you. 

I'll share a few of my gratitude entries with you on the screen. 

And please also jot down everything that you're grateful for, no matter how big or small by cultivating an attitude of gratitude we see life through a positive and uplifting lens showing appreciation welcomes appreciation into our lives there goes the law of attraction once again the feels are immense when we are present and learn to be grateful for all that we have void of comparisons and coveting, from a place of humility and appreciation. 

Being grateful in real life helps when we affirm in present tense, which we'll talk more about in a following episode.

[Thursday] Explore your desires starting today. 

Create a running list of desires. 

Maybe you desire to live in the most beautiful home. Have fun detailing all the things that will make this your dream home. Literally all of the things and consistently add to your running list whenever a desire comes to mind, no matter how trivial, grand, tangible, intangible it may seem. 

Remember, the desires of your heart are yours to actualize and bring to life. 

The pathways for their achievement will present themselves to you when you channel your energy appropriately and set SMART goals and commit to being SMART daily. A pro tip for your running list of desires is to split your list into categories.

This also allows you to get specific about each desire of your heart in a more concentrated way.

[Friday] Visualize. 

Be still, breathe, practice breathwork and visualize the life of your desires.

Repeat the breath work practice that we indulged in earlier, anytime you need to channel your desires and be closer to them. Before and during the process of actualizing your desires. 

This is so useful and helpful, and even when you do actualize your desires, visualization and breath work could help you to achieve even more in your life. Keep your desires alive. Make them a constant thought in your mind.

Think about living in the reality of your desires. 

Visualization is an experience that is always available to you. And guess what? It is free. So fully indulge in the process as limitlessly and as boundlessly as you'd like to. 

[Saturday] Create a vision board. 

Vision boards are a beautiful way of having a visual representation of your visualizations. 

You've already visualized what you want. You know what the desires of your heart are. So go for it. 

Create that vision board: 

  • Grab a magazine or a few printouts from your computer or something that you've seen online that inspires you

  • Get some glue, paper, a poster board

  • and some art supplies 

If you'd like a physical copy of your vision board.

Cut out the tangible things that you desire and add the words that express the emotions and feelings that are associated with the acquisition of your desires.

Once you've completed your vision board and made it beautiful and beautified it, frame it, make it aesthetically beautiful and pleasing to you and place it somewhere that will be a constant reminder to you of the life that you desire to live. 

This way, it will be at the forefront of your mind all the time. If you make your vision board electronically, which you have the option to do, you can save it as your screensaver on your phone or on your computer or laptop or electronic device. Have fun during this process and enjoy it.

[Sunday] Make a personal manifestation declaration.

Identify your burning desires. Think about how the actualization of your desires will make a positive impact in your life and appreciate the steady flow of desires and the running list that you've created and continue to add to. 

Commit to being SMART, Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound about your desires and their actualization.

Determine what the experience of achieving your desires will look and feel like or desire in a letter of declaration to yourself. Or you can make a beautiful declaration in the form of an affirmation. 

For instance, I AM... Actively working towards actualizing each of the desires of my heart.

AND I WILL.. Be committed to being SMART and knowing my limitations to enhance my strengths and collaborate with others to achieve all that I desire. The desires of my heart are mine to actualize. I will create limitlessly and stay true to SELF as I work towards being the best version of myself and living my best life.

Declare it, affirm it, manifest it

Be the amazing person you desire to be in your amazing life starting from now, literally today. 

Have you ever heard of the saying dress for success? or dress for the position you want? or be ready so you don't have to get ready? 

In being the amazing person you desire to be now, you are activating the power of manifestation and aligning your thoughts, beliefs and actions to achieve that desire. You are who you are becoming. You have the ability to actualize the desires of your heart and you are positive, grateful and capable. 

Enhance the positivity in your life and increase your frequency, upping your vibrations. Only you can narrate the story of your life. Each decision you make and action you take adds to the pages of your unique and beautiful story. 

You are the common denominator in your life and you get to author your life as you please. Make every experience count. Be authentically you as you journey through. 

Ooh.
