Pre-Sale Orders

If you have purchased a pre-sale item please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be dispatched. You will receive order confirmation followed by a dispatch email once your order is being shipped.

‘Building Your Business’ (BYB) - The 5 Steps to Access Your Success (Live Virtual Group Sessions) 

Please carefully select from (either) the Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday sessions. Once your order is complete you’ll receive a confirmation email, your e-workbook, and session schedule! Your Live Virtual Group Training Sessions will begin at the time stated on your schedule (which will be sent to the email you used at sign-up). No additional time will be added if you’re late to your session(s). This applies to group, private, in-person, telephone, or video consultations/training sessions. If you fail to attend your scheduled training session(s) you can not reschedule and will forfeit your session(s).

Once your order is complete you’ll receive a confirmation and availability request via email. Our schedule fills up quickly! Please ensure that you respond with your desired session time(s) as soon as possible. If you are no longer available for your scheduled consultation we ask that you reschedule within 24 hours (of the original appointment time) via email. Failure to do so will forfeit your session. Your consultation/private training session(s) will begin at the time of your scheduled appointment(s). No additional time will be added if you’re late to your session(s). This applies to group, private, in-person, telephone, or video consultations/training sessions.
