FOODIE FILES: Does True Food Kitchen Live up to the Hype?

I was strolling through Lenox and my hunger-pangs were getting the best of me. I NEEDED some nourishment; good, hearty, whole food!

I’d seen True Food Kitchen (TFK) several times throughout my mall ventures.

Today was going to be the day!

I was greeted by the friendly team members and given the option to dine inside the cool restaurant or on their patio. I opted for the latter.

The TFK menu was vast (without being overwhelming) with a generous selection of vegan/vegetarian options.

What’s at my table?

Pink Lemonade (Dragon Fruit and lemon) - Refreshing and thirst quenching.

Edamame Dumplings (white truffle oil, dashi, thai basil, Chef Matt’s Magical Dust VEG) - Light, rich, and flavorful. The white truffle oil is a game changer—a true delight.

Crispy Tofu Salad (organic mixed greens, Point Reyes blue cheese, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, organic sunflower seeds) -  Aromatic, fresh and nutrient dense.

So what’s the verdict?

True Food Kitchen is a great choice if you’re on the go and desire a fresh, filling, wholesome meal.
